Andrea Anders
Anders was born in Madison and raised DeForest. However, she is currently living with her family in Los Angeles. She has graduated from DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 She also earned an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1997. The year 2001 was the time she received an M.A. in Fine Arts from Rutgers University. Anders and Matt LeBlanc dated from 2006 until 2015. The two met while filming of the sitcom that has since been cancelled Joey. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com) is her brother. Anders began her career in theatre in 2001. She appeared in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of The Graduate's Elaine Robinson. On the Jump was her first performance on the Arena Stage. New Doors was held at The Guthrie Theater. The two New York Stage & Film shows: Cold/Tender & New World Rhapsody were also produced in the hands of New York Stage & Film. Anders first appeared as Jeannie in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig was closed by July 1st, 2007. The character she played was Jeannie the accountant. Anders was first shown on television in an ad for Dannon that aired in 2006 and again during the 1990s. Anders is well known for her role as Nicole Allen in The Class. She played the wife of a former football player, Nicole Allen. Anders was on all of the episodes of both shows, however they were cancelled. Anders has also been seen in guest roles on One Life to Live and Law & Order. She appeared as a character in The Guiding Light. Anders was featured in five episodes of HBO Drama series Oz as Donna Degenhart in 2003, and made a minor appearance in the film The Stepford Wives, playing her character Heather as well as the 2008 movie Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders made an appearance in Numb3rs in 2008 too. Anders was a part of two television pilots that failed. Spellbound was one of them, as was News To Me another. Anders was as a character in Better Off Ted for ABC, which is a comedy-drama with only one camera. The script was written by Victor Fresco.
